What does the PROFORMA LAB© do?
One of the main functions of PROFORMA LAB© analysis is to determine how your investment property is currently performing or how a potential investment property is expected to perform. We call this the “pulse” of your investment.
We use Discounted Cash Flow and Current Market Analysis to generate factors such as the Internal Rate of Return, Gross Present Value, Net Present Value, Debt Coverage Ratios, Comp models and endless other financial influences, all which should play a significant role in the decisions you make regarding your investment.
