I normally don't write reviews other then food establishments, but my experience renting my apartment from Proform was so great I felt like it was necessary to reach out and tell the world all about it. It's nice when a property management company actually takes there time to go over the lease with you, deliver keys timely and get you into your apartment quickly. The application was easy, and once I was approved I was able to move into my apartment, which was the same day I looked at the place. You can even just drop your check off at their office, which is off of Lincoln and next door to their office is coffee shop and I love getting my coffee on. I'm rambling now, but when I first walked into my apartment it was very clean and ready to make my new home.

The team at Proform has been managing my property in Aurora for the past six months and I couldn't be happier. First, they rented it for more money then I thought possible. Second, I went on my honeymoon just a few weeks after my tenants moved in and my basement flooded. I was in Yellowstone and unreachable but my team at Proform took care of everything minimizing the damage and the cost to me while I blissfully enjoyed myself unaware. Finally, their online system to check on your property is wonderful. I have only been confused a couple of times and Rachael is always there to answer my call and walk me step by step through any questions. Every month when I pay my maintenance fee I am purchasing protection for my property and personal liability which adds up to peace of mind. Although I find the fee very reasonable I feel it is priceless. Thank you Proform for making the experience of being a landlord as painless as possible.
This is just a short note letting you know the positive impact Proform RE has had on our 25 unit apartment building over the past six months. The tenants in our building enjoy the option of paying their rent on line which saves us time in collecting rents and going to the bank to make deposits. Having copies of documents on-line (i.e. Leases, Tenant Handbooks, applications, etc.) for both the tenants and us to view or download copies at any time is a great. The one feature that is invaluable to me is being able to see in a 90 day period which tenant leases are going to expire and how many days to that expiration date.
We know that if or when we decide to sell this building, having the Proform RE service already setup will be an added selling feature for a new buyer.

I own and operate commercial property and I also have a portfolio of residential rentals. Up until 2012, it was a one-man-show; I would handle leasing, maintenance and rent collection.
